Check Door Status

Accurately determining the status of door and related equipment is key to the security system. This document provides guidance on how to check the status of the device and how to respond in case of errors. This helps administrators quickly grasp the operating status of each device through the indicated icons and detailed descriptions, and respond swiftly in case of issues.

Click Monitoring on the Launcher page or select Monitoring from the shortcut list at the top left of the screen. In the Door tab on the left sidebar, you can check the status of each door and the connected slave devices.

Checking Door Status

Check the door status to verify that the door is operating normally. Refer to the following for door status.

Status IconDescription
There is a communication server error or the connection is lost.
Synchronization error occurred.
Tip

Click a status icon to view detailed information in a tooltip. Clicking the link of the error message displayed in the tooltip will take you to the list of devices connected to the door.

Right-click on the device and select the Reconnect or Restart option.

Checking Door Open/Lock Status

Check whether the door is open using the door sensor. Refer to the following for door sensor status.

The door is closed.
The door is open.

Checking Door Lock Status

Check the lock status of the door using the relay status. Refer to the following for the status of the door relay.

Checking Camera Status

Check the camera status to verify that the camera is operating normally. Refer to the following for camera status.

The camera is connected.
The camera is off or disconnected.

Checking Security Status

Check the security status of the door.
