Search and Filter Doors

When the door list is long and it is hard to find the door you need, use search and filtering to find it quickly.

Search doors

Search by door name, group name, or assigned device name.

1. Tap DOOR on the app home screen.

   You can also access it through the side menu. Tap → Door.

2. Tap at the top of the door list.

3. Enter a search term in the search field. Search by door name, group name, or assigned device name.

4. After you finish entering the search term, tap .

Doors that match the search term appear in the search results. Tap the door you want in the search results to open door details.

• Recent search history appears below the search input field. Tap a recent search entry to search again with that term.

• To close the search input field, tap .

Filter door list

Filter the door list by door group.

1. Tap DOOR on the app home screen.

   You can also access it through the side menu. Tap → Door.

2. Tap at the top of the door list.

3. Tap All Door Groups.

4. Select the desired group from the door group list.

   

5. After you finish selecting a door group, tap Yes.

6. To filter the door list with the selected criteria, tap Apply.

Doors in the selected group appear in the list.

To reset the filter conditions, tap → in the upper right corner of the screen.
